Events are not confirmed until 50% of the deposit has been paid and rental agreement is signed. Please note, deposits are non-refundable and are calculated from total cost of purchase. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the event.

With our backdrop rentals, a delivery and set-up fee is automatically included in the rental price because pick up is not available.

For set ups and delivery with both backdrops and balloon garlands, we will take care of all set up and tear down and will ensure the display is exactly what you envision for your event!

The Lil J and The Jack + Jane sized balloon garlands and Grab and Go Garlands are available for client pick up.

In the event of a cancellation, the client will forfeit their deposit, but will receive a refund for the remaining balance if the booking is canceled at least 30 days prior to the event date.

We accept payment through Venmo.
